We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and net banking through our secure payment gateway.

We take 5–7 working days to carefully prepare, frame, and ship your order across India. Framed pieces may take an additional 2–3 days for extra-secure packaging. We believe premium quality cannot be rushed.

Yes! We ship pan-India. While our studio is rooted in Tamil Nadu, we deliver across the entire country. Orders within Tamil Nadu and South India may arrive slightly faster.

While we pack everything with utmost care, glass frames can occasionally break in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.

Absolutely. Our custom script art is our most cherished offering. You choose the words (name, verse, phrase), script style (Thuluth, Diwani, Naskh, Kufi), size, and framing. We'll send a digital proof before creating the final piece.

Yes, every piece begins as an original hand-drawn art sketch created with pencil and pen in our Tamil Nadu studio. These drawings are then scanned and digitally enhanced to ensure clean, high-quality printing. You receive a premium print of the manual work.

We believe in simplicity and honesty. We use standard pencil and pen for drawing, and high-quality archival paper for the final prints. We do not use bamboo qalams, soot ink, or handmade papers, as our focus is on the intention and the reminder rather than expensive materials.

Custom pieces typically take 5–7 working days to create, plus shipping time. We take limited commissions each month to ensure the highest quality of attention to each piece.

We are open about our method: we draw by hand, scan, and print. We do not claim to use traditional, historical materials like reed pens or soot-based inks. We believe in being honest about the materials and techniques used to make our art accessible.
